I only have two minutes to write in you today, so I have to make it snappy. I just wanted to write that people here share the same celebrities that they like. Like Demi Lovato. I love her! And Selena Gomez. Taylor Swift is pretty good too. Miley Cyrus is okay, but the Hannah side of her is ridiculous. Seriously, it’s just her in a ugly wig! The real Miley is much prettier. It’s amazing how much hair can make someone look prettier or uglier right?! I told the people that I might end up being friends with what I thought, and they completely agreed with me. they even invited me to a sleepover! It’s great! And they’re not even popular, so it’s even better! I know they won’t ditch me like popular girls definitely would. Well, I have to go. I told you it would be short!

Today my dad said there was a beach in Frisco. Although I knew there wasn’t I was so desperate that I let him take me there. The beach ended up being a dog beach. The dog beach was really a dog park called a dog beach. Isn’t that weird? Everything here is so fake. Nothing’s real. No stars live here (but a lot do in Dallas). My dad probably just brought me here to cheer me up about being away from the beach. He said he knew that it was a dog park called a dog beach which he called a beach. I hate it here. Oh, and mom is coming next week. She’s so awesome. Hopefully she’ll rescue me from this horrible place. She still lives in L.A. so it would rock if she took me back with her. Oh, and there should be a pic of me in here. I’ll tape it:

This is my first journal entry in you. We’re supposed to write in our journals every day for the last five minutes of writing class. I just moved here from California. I hate Texas. It’s my first day in middle school here. My dad’s job caused the big move. He’s part of the military. We move every three years. I never even bother making friends because what’s the point? I’m just going to have to leave them sooner or later. But all that’s supposed to change this year. this is my new permanent home. My dad decided to quit the army after this move because him and my mom got divorced last month. I’m living with my dad. The only thing that keeps me happy is Peaches, my 7-month old yellow lab. He is so adorable. (He doesn’t exactly look like a yellow lab though.) I’ll tape a picture of him at home:

 My best friend, Rachel calls me every day. She still insists that we’re best friends even though we live so far away. I hope I find someone as loyal as her here in Frisco, Texas.
